現代水墨藝術家/美術設計師

創作圍繞在以詩意的風景隱喻自身對於社會之間的觀察。他以「旁觀者」的身分觀看社會現象，透過傳統東方媒材的繪畫語言闡述自身的生命觀，藉此創造出一片片動人風景。
傳統東方媒材──水墨與膠彩是楊昕最主要的創作媒材。楊昕的作品中，墨的呈現類似於西方的素描，簡單的線條即可勾勒充滿生命力的樣貌，同時增添筆墨趣味。
而膠彩也是令藝術家著迷的媒材之一，他透過膠彩將油彩的濃厚、水彩的鮮豔集結，藉由模糊媒材之間的界線，使觀者能感受到膠彩所帶來的豐富層次。
關於近期的創作脈絡，楊昕期待透過不同於以往底材的日本麻紙，以樹林交疊的多重美感為繪畫主體發展，嘗試突破以往的繪畫風格。
Hsin Yang creation and research reflect the contradictions of social norms observed in his daily life. His work focuses on the significance of research objects to social traditional values. Turning into the visual image and symbol in the works, it metaphors the arguments of modern people's social issues such as the psychological state of modern people, the indifference of science and technology, the relationship between interpersonal relationships and society. He used to create from the perspective of a bystander, and through interviews and reading materials, he tried to link the trends created by the central values of past and present countries, and the Contradictory point of current Taiwan social norms and human values.
